Adityaraj Sharma

A law graduate and an MBA, Mr Adityaraj Sharma is the founding trustee of Lakshmi Gayatri Shiksha Prachar Society. He is the brain behind many successful businesses in different fields. He is known for his detailed approach, in depth knowledge, analytical abilities and critical thinking which gets reflected in his work. “A business with no meaningful impact on the society is no business at all” is the philosophy that drives him.

Coming from a small town of Nimar region in Madhya Pradesh, he always observed the lack of quality education to underprivileged children in rural areas. This inspired him to do something for the betterment of the society and help children get quality education and have dreams unlimited. He is an all-rounder, a leader and a team player with deep passion and commitment towards the cause of children in need of care and protection. Under his guidance and leadership, LGSPS has reached over 150+ villages of Nimar.

Ashok Sharma

Mr Ashok Sharma was born in a small village of central India. An engineer and an MBA by education, as a child he always dreamed of serving the nation. After a successful career of over 30 years in public services, he has decided to put in his efforts, skills and experience towards the furtherance of a meaningful cause helping children across the country.

In the early childhood itself he witnessed the difficulties faced by the underprivileged children even for fulfilling basic needs. He believes that it is only through education that the condition of the poor and underprivileged in this country could be improved. So he focuses on improving the access to education in lower strata of society. He has an eye for detail. With his sincerity, commitment and perseverance he undertakes all the tasks with an attitude to bring out the best results.

Savita Sharma

Having been associated with the Sathya Sai Baba Sewa Organisation for over years now, she always had the sense of serving others. Having a degree of masters in arts, she has worked as a teacher in Sathya Sai Bal Vikas where moral education is being provided to deprived children to build their character.

She has also been part of the management team in certain businesses. In Lakshmigayatri Shiksha Prachar, she works as a strategist providing ideas for implementation of programs. She is adept at "Donor Management Mantras" who believes that change can be achieved rapidly with the active involvement of the rich. She creates social engagement programs which help in creating an ecosystem that is ideal for the growth of any nation by bridging the gap between the well off and the needy.
